I cried watching is interview I m been ocd and ahd patient for almost 3-4 years now. There have been days I WA afraid to talk to people afraid to do anything just my thoughts and compulsions. I ws afraid to talk to ANY1 about my condition as they would call me mad or anything if I took help from a psychiatrist and I m not happy but thxful to Shushant sing rajputs death due to depression now our same hypocrytic people have started to take depression seriously and not tease people sufferings from ocd or mental illnesses of depression I listened to osho and started meditating and 1 year now I have been ocd free and peaceful at mind. May God bless osho I wish he ws here I m literally crying now I want to hug him

Watch the thoughts that starts triggering your emotions - fear, anxiety, anger, etc. - and keep watching them as they arise. As you watch them... Without getting sucked into them and their emotions, you'll notice they start losing power. That's how you start the process of making the mind your slave again. When mind acts as the master, you suffer.
