Reaction yahi de deta hu🙏🏼 Appreciate the part where you talked about b12 problem as a whole. - To which he responded - "logo ki diet utni acchi hai nahi" (statement 2) Which highlights the biased generalisation of his earlier line 'attention to detail chaiye vegan diet ke liye' 😅 (statement 1) The above 2 statements put together makes his claim poor - "vegan diet aam aadmi nahi kar sakta" as it is applicable to most people -> statement 2 - "Bhut tarah ke supplement chaiye honge" (statement 3) Supplements recommended - "b12, Omega (EPA, DHA)" which he himself said is needed for vegetarians as well. So "Vegans ko bhut supplement lene hai" and in total named 2. 😅 Jisme se ek hai India level pandemic of b12 and dusra applicable to vegetarians as well. Not even getting into how many animal flesh eaters are actually eating fishes and getting there Omegas. - Later he claimed "vegetarians theek se khaaye toh b12 milega" Ispe you should have asked the quantity. Google karlo and see kitna khaan padega. Same is true for animal flesh as well. - "depression ho sakta hai" , "protein supplement" , "paleo diet se dur jaate jaayenge", "time tested" vague se badhkar vague statements without claims🫣😅

Very productive conversation, loved it Nowadays i'm seeing hundreds of valuable creators who have very few subscribers & engagement. And imo the reason is masses dont appreciate rationality & truth because it takes so much effort to sacrifice your assumptions & beliefs and start listening to the reality. There was a time in our lives too when our conditioned perceptions restricted us to go through reality but when we actually started to understanding it, it became joyful and now we have some clarity about things that we can see our world is sick and masses are unconcious about their lives. They living like machines
