Imagine if you quit your day job for like a month and watched every single osho video in silence, sequestered in your room. That's all you did. Speak to no one. I think this would be a good thing.

When I was 10 my father died, when I was 15 years old I decided it's better to live alone than with a mother who hates me....so what could I do? I jumped into life like a lonely little cat! Here I am now, 50 years later. I did all my way following my intuition only! To become wise, you have to be brave!

Rest in peace to your father .... 15 years is a child but your a lionheart full of scars but alive, we must remember how to awaken by letting every thought go and the painful ones are the ones that keep us hostage in the end. When love and hate are both absent everything is clear but make the slightest distinction and you’re back on the mill.

That way you'd not even enter the door of the temple,, just look at the walls outside. Enter it!! Practice the real thing!! That's what these talks are there for!! Don't be fooled by the trick of the mind that these talks are enough. And you don't need any more regimen. You'd find, at the moment of death, you'd simply fooled yourself. Merely listening to these talks. You won't be anywhere near the realisation of truth. Practice zazen for one hour every single day,, no break!! Start off with half an hour,, gradually increase to an hour. And remember, there's no such thing as a "bad" meditation session; the only bad meditation is the one you didn't do. 🙏❤️

When you start to know that the emotions have you rather than you having them, you will have more peace. It's as Jesus said, "Love has no greater man than this. That a man give his life for a friend." Even the greatest man isn't greater than his emotions. Rather, he has always been an equal that thinks he's greater. And because he thinks he's greater, he becomes lesser. If you just let your emotions exist alongside you, they won't antagonize you for being arrogant. Being arrogant in the belief that you are greater than them because you come from a place that is objective and they are subjective. Which is why when you come to know yourself through stillness and awareness, you will feel the subjective dimension. It might even scare you, because you have ignored it for so long.
