The more i listen to Osho, the more i realize that we have come to the same conclusions about things. It gives me goosebumps when i realize that i have realized this already, i know it's true but i always start to question myself. Then when i listen to Osho he confirms that what i have felt was right, and total peace comes.

Awareness brings the realization of what is unequivocally true. So one can never doubt oneself, once awareness is gained. When I experienced "God," as a very young child, I woke up that morning and thought to myself, "Did I really experience what I thought I did?" Well the answer is no, because thought tries to conform experience into ideas. What I experienced was real, but only in that moment was it real, because that's only when it can be real. After the experience, it becomes a memory, an idea. But the wisdom of that experience is carried by me forever. For example, I never truly felt lonely after that. For I eventually realized, or rather, put it into words, that "I AM love. I AM joy." If I am something, it cannot be lost. I don't "need" love, or happiness. It is what I AM. So I was never convinced of a feeling of scarcity or lack of these things. For they reside in me as infinite potential, which can never be fully expressed. And IMO, this is why we exist. As infinite potential to express the glory of "God." It is like what was written in the bible, "For those that believeth in Him [Jesus, teachings of Jesus] shall have everlasting life." It is to know thy true self, which is indivisible from the "one," the Source, "God." Or the first Greek Delphic maxim, inscribed at the forecourt of the Temple of Apollo, "KNOW THYSELF."

Osho said here that life has no goal ... so make the most of time. The Way is beautiful. If you go joyously, you cannot go wrong.
@Ivar-nz2um3 жыл бұрын
What is it that u mean?
@WeAreAllOneNature3 жыл бұрын
@@Ivar-nz2um A bird does not have any great goal or purpose. It just lives. And it's life is wonderful. 'The Way' is a Chinese and Japanese religion called 'Taoism'. It's a philosophy of living naturally - in tune with nature. You can Google it. Osho is saying that if you live in this path (way / flow) of being your true nature, then it is beautiful. If you live joyously, then that means you are on the right path.
@orionxavier69573 жыл бұрын
It's not really making the most of "time," because time is just an idea. It's our conscious PRESENCE that makes it the "present" time. Time itself has no meaning or value outside of that. It's like, the pursuit of money as a means to an end, to experience joy. Joy is an end in itself, it's something that we are, not something we have. It is something we create and express. Likewise the "present moment" is what we ARE, it is not what we have. That is what it means to be a "being." We are the "actor," not the "character" or the "play." That is why the wisest realize they "know nothing" and that everything is meaningless. This might seem nihilistic, but it is in fact the opposite. For it is realizing that there is actually much more to existence than meaning, purpose, or knowledge. And that everything of the mind becomes obsolete in the awareness of the nature of "what is." Essentially to be present is to allow the glory of "God" to come forth, the nature of which is beauty, love, and joy. That is our true nature or true "self." So naturally being present provides gratitude and a view of life as abundance. You become the infinite potential of beauty, love, and joy, which can never be fully expressed. And that is why we choose to exist here and now, expressing in our own small way the glory of "God," like infinitesimal rays of light from the Source of all light. For the glory of "God" is exceedingly beautiful, loving, and full of rapture, which naturally compels us to express it further. It's like being at the best party in your life, you're so excited and happy, you never want it to end, and so there can be no end or contentment to the nature of "God."

@orionxavier69573 жыл бұрын
Here and now is speaking of the "present." What makes it the "present?" Our _presence._ Past and future are ideas, we're not present and conscious in either, so they're not reality. Being in the present moment is about being "one" with presence. Eckhart Tolle describes this presence as a "stillness."

This concept has taken me many years to understand. My children say Dad why dont you go on a cruise, why dont you travel the world? I tell my children I am happy where I am, I dont want to go anywhere! I read that India spent billions to send a rocket to the moon in order to see if there is water there, but what a waste. There is a lack of water in India and so much poverty, it would be better to spend the money at home and not trying to get to a lifeless planet.

The truth belongs to all, and therefore the glory is in truth, not the speaker of truth. We should always be mindful in the ways in which we glorify the individual for this promotes the ego. And the ego IS THE DESTROYER OF HAPPINESS. The ego should be looked at like a small child, begging and shouting for attention and validation. It's a part of us, but at the same time it's foolish, silly. And for that reason it's amusing. When we identify with our ego, we no longer see it as foolish, rather we become the fool...

OSHO, the mind still in illusion, like air, comes and goes, but the shifting I have in my life, is enormous, always dreaming that there, with those, I will be happier, more successful, and less of a failure. It is easy to blame a moment when is real that just leaving in the present, here-now, life turns slowly to be more vibrant, more fragrant, unexpected, and because of this, more surprisingly funny and seductive. Not too much to say, but thank you, as a silent whisper.

But in the end, all was meaningless, vanity, and chasing of the wind... *"So I commended the enjoyment of life, because there is nothing better for a man under the sun than to eat and drink and be merry.
