To be fair, the reason we don't most of the time is because Beerus is considered one of the Top 3 Worst Destroyers. And I remember a quick bio that detailed all the Supreme Kais, Destroyer Gods, and Angels for each universe. For every universe that didn't have a Mortal Rating of at least 7 (aka all the universes in the Tournament of Power), it was usually because the Destroyer would either have a bias (Universe 11 only destoryed evil civilizations/planets while Universe 2 did the same, but for any worlds/species Heles considered ugly) or just be lazy (Champa, Beerus, and Quitela all share this trait).
