Thank you please pray for me my uncle or someone is doing evil stuff on me I’m very very depressed and stressed I take medication for my panic attacks and I know it’s not good to take but my inside is burning and wants to scream. Please I need taweez from him for protection from everyone and everything. I will only trust our shaykh and allah and our prophet. I have been in contact with someone through email she told when shaykh comes back inshalah she will inform him about me and my situation. I do pray but I still feel caged inside myself. To a point I took leave of absence because I cannot concentrate at work 😭 shaykh please pray for me please

I don't understand what is wrong in it that prophet SAW and Ashab not doing. It is the zikr that is the best one and penetrating deep in hearts to stamp this zikr. Always soothing
