This video was shot handheld using the night mode on the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 in October 30th 2023. Night Mode only support 4K at 30FPS, so no 4K60 this time. Auto settings, file straight from the camera (no manual color grading).

Your shot at 2:27 is the same location as Virtual Japan's shot at 43:15, a day earlier. It's odd though, their image isn't in focus compared to yours and there is a slight stutter to the moving image. Those differences could be due to the process used to upload to utube I guess.
