I start from the line of reasoning that Chris Redfield was unable to defeat Miranda (it had to be Ethan who had much better and advanced physical attributes than a normal human being) and I truly believe that Chris would defeat Lord Saddler. Miranda is the origin of everything, the oldest, so she obviously has more knowledge, intelligence and battle IQ.
