Yeh whey protein hai matlab yeh milk se protein nikal kar banaya hai. Milk sabhi lok peete hain toh isme aesa kuch nahi hai ki isko girls nahi le sakti aur boys le sakte hain sirf. Agar aapko diet me protein ki kami ho rahi hai toh isko jarur lena chahiye. Aur iska koi side effect nahi hai bus daily limit max 2 scoop hai kyunki usse jyada digest nahi ho paaega. Heavy workout karne wale jyda le sakte hain.

Very bad review. Why are you reading the labels and translating one by one. We can do that ourself. Just give us the review on taste, mixibility, digestion problems, bloating or not, authenticity and so on. Made a 24min long video and barely talked about actual review
