AG means Anti Gravity, I’ve got the 50 & 65 version of this backpack, I honestly prefer the 50L, I don’t think the Anti Gravity frame system works as well with the larger backpacks, also make sure you get the correct size for your torso, they come in Small/Medium & Large. With regards to the price, keep an eye out for offers, especially at Go Outdoors, I got the AG 50 for £129.99 it was on offer for about 2 months last summer, The AG65 cost me £169.99. Don’t ever pay full price for these backpacks, shop smart 😊

I have one of those. I used it for the WHW. I got on well with it. I think AG means/stands for ‘Anti Gravity’ which is probably a bit of an over claim!😂😂 I can attest that gravity is still in play when wearing it.

Hey Abbie! I love this rucksack 😁 First I bought the 50L version and then the 65L ... I do use both, depending on how long I'm on the trail for! It was an absolute game changer for me. I used to really struggle with sore shoulders, to the point I thought I wouldn't be able to go wild camping again, and now there's no stopping me 😂

Hi Abbie, Thank you for the detailed review. I have the same rucksack, and I agree with the hip belt issue. It fits well, but it is little uncomfortable.

Hi Abbie, great vid. I got the green one last year from Cotswold Outdoors. Very helpful staff and got measured. I was in there about an hour playing with it. AG = anti gravity for the back system. Have yet to use it in anger. Took it to Dartmoor last September but my tent was less than 100 metres from my car. Also use a 36l kestrel as a daysack. My previous rucksack was an army issue 120l pack. Very large and bombproof. 5kg empty. Thanks for the vids and inspiration 😊😊

No wonder you have so many subscribers like me. You are sooo likeable. Great review and so good to learn a lot more about something I already have. It is pricey but totally worth it. So comfortable. Feels like a light animal hugging my back. Best rucksack I’ve ever had. Everything is in the right place.

Abby, interestingly, at the beginning of the video, I notice that you have the hose of your hydration system tucked under the sternum strap. I've never thought of putting it there. At 20:18 in the video, there seems to be mini-straps across the shoulder straps at two different positions, which I thought was for threading the hydration hose through to keep it tucked out of the way. This looks to be a well thought out pack, is slightly lighter than my current 10-year-old pack. It is currently reduced by 25% at a gear shop an hour away from me, so I'm going to check one out at the end of this coming week.

I've had this pack a couple of years. It's super comfortable, hauls a ton of weight comfortably, but the trade-off is that it's heavy. It's amazing in every way, except it weighs nearly 5 pounds (4.98 to be exact). To be fair, it doesn't quite feel that heavy due to the comfort.

Bought this on Amazon this week, havent used it yet, actually i havent ever been camping before, but thats the plan a couple of weeks as the Lake District is only an hour away. Initially put all my new kit in it and thought, blimey, theres not enough room! But after just watching your video i can see theres so much more to the backpack that i havent yet found. Heard you mentioned about different sizes to this bag... on Amazon there are no size options just says 'one size fits all' I'm quite tall at 6ft 3, but it seems fine when i wear it. Lastly, ive just subscribed because not only was this review so well presented, but you're personality shone through and im sure theres loads of great vids for me to delve into on your channel. Many thanks -Paul

Seams huge. Though I mainly do day trips right now. One of the things I love about Osprey is they are really being inclusive. Doing different sizes for men & women. Now they are doing "Plus Size" packs. As a bigger girl finding packs that fit well has been a challenge. (seams true for a lot of gear really) I love my Plus size Tempast. The belt and chest straps fit perfectly. the belt pockets are longer making it easier to access them without having to take the pack off. I wish other companies would follow suit. Especially clothing. I'm still hunting down a decent pair of lightweight breathable pants that fit and are not ridiculous prices.

I was just in a shop today looking at rucksacks and saw this one. It's a great pack but I find it too heavy, tbh. Still, it's good to know what you can get out of a modern rucksack.

Osprey are very good for comfort and function afaic. Comprehensive review, thanks Abbie 👍 The Atmos AG 65 looks great, but unaffordable for me. I have a second hand Osprey Aether 70 (+15?) & Osprey Atmos 35 (main fabric now torn, so I question their longevity)
@wendynulty386711 ай бұрын
Is it a women specific rucksack? Ive always had ospreys after uncomfortable beeghaus and lowe alpine. I looked at the aura 65 yesterday didnt realise the atmos was female specific
@linjicakonikon76667 ай бұрын
No, the Atmos is MALE specific. The Aura is the female version.

With the Kestrel 48 I also struggle with the hip pockets. I'm avoiding using them as it's such a faff to open and close them. Real pity as the idea is great. I think the main issue is that the zip opens and closes on the wrong side.

Hi, new subber here... I recently purchased this back to walk the WHW after watching your videos... I feel it is the correct size (s-m) when walking with the pack on it rocks side to side(obviously with my hip movement). Is this normal or am I doing something wrong. Help lol

AG means Anti-Gravity, I think it is designed to help keep the weight off your back and give you better balance when carrying heavy loads.

Most sources on the internet agree the average KZbinr in the US earns around $.01 to .03 per view, which is roughly $10-30 per 1,000 views. We're assuming this metric was calculated using payment per ad view, so we've used it to create this table of averages.
