Monster never fail to impress me. I'm gonna get some of these as my 3rd monster purchase. I have dna on ear wired and freedom v2 on ear wireless. Both are still going strong but I want some I can fit in my pocket. Thanks for the informative review.

How do you change the battery in the ear piece

This product is not good for taking calls especially when you are in public places. It catches outside noise more than your voice. For music and videos yes this might be good but for calls, a definite NO. And also it doesn't stay in your ear. It often falls down when you have medium level movement. I have tried changing the earbuds to see if with any it will stay in my ears. But the result is same. I don't recommend this product. Please don't waste your money on this item.

Bought these two months back. Absolutely loved the sound quality and design of them. All of a sudden, one earbud stopped working out of the blue (within minutes of it working perfectly). I used these ever-so-gently, so couldn't understand why. Contacted the manufacturer for a replacement multiple times - heard nothing back. All-around disappointed in Monster's quality and service. Wouldn't recommend.

You had to turn it off and on again or put it back in and take it out of the case

- Same here. They are still under warranty. Did you return them? My right bud says "power on" and "connecting" but won't connect. I put them in the case and tried connecting the right one first, second and simultaneously. No go. Trying to find if there is a mono mode that needs to be deactivated. I'm ready to send them back.

No Aptx, No AAC, micro USB port all deal breakers. What about call quality and can it be used as true mono mode
