OSRS How to 1 Tick RCB to Gmaul

This was dope and yes, accusations are frequent in this era of PKing due to the nature of uncertainty; doubt. Just as we have become more seasoned as a community and understand the META better, so has the ability to exploit the mechanics of the game; albeit, unfair. Distance is definitely the key to properly pulling off the Crossbow - G. Maul stack (within the same tick, etc). Players with high-ping are able to do this with more forgiveness, but also are unable to eat-well, due to the nature of high ping, but I would like to entertain the role of "Devil's Advocate"; for the sake of understanding. You stated that 3 tiles (or 4 including your own tile), is what works best for you. However, arguably the most popular combo; Shortbow - G. Maul, relies on the Insta-spec mechanic. This means you must be in 2 tiles or 3 tiles including your own in-order for the Insta-spec to work. What if someone continuously counters your trick, by being in the Insta-range? Also, because you are only 3 tiles or 4 including your own, your "whack" option(s) are delayed. Shortbow - G. Maul Insta-spec, if done right; will ALWAYS out-damage Crossbow - G. Maul due to the inability to Dragonfire Spec. Right now, all you need is 32 Quest Points and a dialogue with the guy in Champions' guild; in-order to drink Anti-fires and nullify the only option for Crossbow to out-damage the Shortbow - G. Maul Insta-spec. If you consider different bolts, such as the "Dragon Crossbow" or "Armadyl Crossbow" (like the Opal spec, adding extra damage); correct me if I'm wrong, but Shortbow - G. Maul Insta-spec still out-damages that too. You get the Shortbow hit, the Insta-spec and immediately following the "whack", be it the G. Maul or another KO weapon (although, the G. Maul will be the fastest due to needing two extra clicks to swap "whack" or KO weapons if you will, clicking the weapon and the opponent); if done whilst following the tick mechanics and within 2 tiles or 3 including your own (not to mention, the ability to create sliding momentum to delay the "appeared" tile movement and get a surprise-insta), it will be faster and stronger than Crossbow - G. Maul. The beauty of Granite Maul, is that speed is king. Just look at the Peregrine Falcon. That said, if the Insta with Shortbow requires less-time and less-spacing; it is superior and you will never get the Crossbow - G. Maul out before it, if both players are on equal footing (not mentioning PID, etc); plus the spec bar advantage with the Shortbow. I'm sure you know when feinting a spec-bar weapon or "fakies" if you will, the next time you hotkey the spec-bar interface; it will briefly, very briefly flash a spec bar prior to showing it in-full (in-terms of duration, etc). Thanks for the video, I am curious to hear your thoughts on this. I do not think anything will ever triumph the Shortbow - G. Maul Insta-spec META (reliability, speed, and burst-damage; strength/power), but it sure is fun to experiment none-the-less!

This is what osrs pvp videos should be like. It's hard getting into it but it literally is the most fun thing to do in the game, even though there's a lot of effort being put in from a lot of people to make everyone forget that. Either that or it's people trying to garner attention and clout from it, the usual pvp video suspects don't usually make things besides here's me slappin my dick around on pvp worlds, no information, no strats, no sportsmanship, no real actual fun besides WIN WIN WIN MORE MONEY MORE WINS. idk. Will definitely try this when experimenting with tome of water + swampbark pking (actually really worth it because of extra freeze time and you arent 94 mage and want to try and get some kills without using blitz, plus you can bring tbs), that extra combo could get me out of certain situations where i get kill potential don't and the guy gets away. Not expecting the wildy updates to do anything in the way of enticing people to come back and pk like its 2006 but, fingers crossed, maybe there'll be people around to fight period. Hope to see you in the trenches. EZ sub.

Great combo, on low level accs long as it all stacks in 1 hit. :D personally i believe msb (i) too gmaul obby with the b neck is the most overpowered combo for level 65-75 by far. on my prod at 64 combat i was hitting 23 arrow 33-33-45 as max's was just nasty.

Jeff! This combo is one of my favorites for low level pking personally. But I agree that obby maulers using msb (i) or dknife spec to obby maul stack is stronger. And we all know your prod account is the strongest in the game :P

I play 90% on mobile and made an acc 71cb 50att 88str 77hp 1def 52pray 94range/mage with the arceuss smites and it’s insane. Someone kept spec tabbing me in bh and claimed I had some crazy German ping or I was ahking.. like no dude I’m on mobile from Canada. When I see a 200+ bolt xp drop I click maul and spam g maul spec. It works 10-25% of the time or I ko with a 50+ bolt proc. I risk like 130k a death and have made 150-170m off of 180 or so kills and probably double the deaths

A true one tick you wouldn't see the gmaul until it specs. This is actually still a 2 tick because your gmaul comes out a tick before the spec goes off. Still cool tho

You can set different weapons to unique attack styles. Not sure if this was due to a weapon mechanic change on OSRS side of if it is a feature on Runelite

I have no problem doing this between 0 - 60ms latency and even 60 - 200ms latency. It is all about timing. However I can see things becoming difficult or impossible above 400ms latency for sure
