I’m up 150 kc now and if you put your pot into calculation and the shit you use too make this boss bareable you’re literally losing money.

@@Hamstealerby the time you get a wand it’s literally gunna be too recover the gp of reesources you use. This boss is underwhelming in drops. Takes too long too kill by cheap means and you may as well drop 10k on the ground every 10min because that’s what you’re gunna do at this boss. Let’s not even talk about mass, if you’re getting trash loot solo imagine the boss dropping 20 guam and splitting it equally between 20 players not too mention its fking guam seeds like come on. Don’t ever do this boss mass because your loot is so bad you make more killing cows at lumbridge then you do mass on this boss. If you’re doing solo for logs you may as well but if you’re trying it for money i think this is the worst boss ever for any form of drops. You have better money making in f2p then doing this boss efficiently for profit if there is ever any to begin with. Love the boss hate the drop. The drop being so bad makes me hate the boss.

Is there any actual reason to pray if you don't fill all the bars up? As far as I can tell there is no benefit and it only wastes prayer. The benefit comes with all three pillars so it feels like a multiplayer only mechanic

I’m not sure if you know this, but whack-a-mole is a real arcade game that people actually pay money to play, like every day. It’s a silly and entertaining game that often gives you tickets for your performance that you can spend on prizes at the arcade store. Sort of like doing a boss in OSRS that gives you loot to spend on ingame items… Anyways, if anything in OSRS is a whack-a-mole simulator then it’s Slayer. 90% of the grind is literally sitting there watching your character whack things. In fact, half the _bosses_ in the game are just that… this may not be the most engaging encounter ever added but it’s still better than barrows…

You can sit there and watch as you whip abyssal demons which is 100% braindead or you can high octane alt barrage them in catacombs for 110k+ exp an hour, but I get your point. mixology and heuy are both trash 8 min kills in a duo for garbage drops also it impossible to charge the pillars unless you kill him in groups of 3 and mixology is 20k exp/h with the rewards being way too much

@@ZeroPintsmixology isn’t supposed to be good XP. For irons it gives a purpose for your leftover herbs, and for mains it is just a way to grind out the unlocks if you can’t afford them. As long as it’s more engaging than Mage Training Arena then it’s better than the master wand grind, which there’s not much point in mains doing outside a little bit of profit.

Anything designed for midgame is a joke in OSRS and meant to be a introduction to real mechanics. Phosani's NM, TOB / HM, High invo TOA, CM COX, Inferno, Coliseum, Blood torva and all of that are pretty much the cap of which a game would make anything difficult even for hardcore players.

honestly not missing out on much. mostly its mid lvl that serves no purpose other than being added for the sake of adding content. next big end game update will probably be raids 4, but we have sailing before that, which is another huge jagex L. So you can easily expect another 2-3 years before actual engaging content that requires more than 10% of your brain.
