If you have localized periodontitis with severe bone loss and teeth mobility. extrracting tooth, curette the site and performing bone grafting and placing implants on the same day is advised? Will it remove infection and allow healing with implant stability and sucess?

No. We have to take microbiata and preexisting periodontal disease into consideration. To minimize implant failure, take of periodontitis first and as far as literature is considered, delayed conventional implants have lesser chance of peri-implantitis compared to immediate implants in cases of preexisting periodontitis.
