Beautiful paintings, one or two painted a heartbreaking picture. Fabulous and so good to view these paintings. Music as usual was superb…well it’s Ossian! Brilliant musicians.

thanks for the tip, Julie. I haven't had a chance to check out saltwaterballads yet, but I plan too. I've had video playback problems for a month or more; it's rare I get to watch a whole video w/o it freezing. Re the track to this video, it may be my favorite of the songs I've heard so far. too bad the album is not available to download or buy at list price.

hi Julie, I bought Light on a Distant Shore and the first 2 Ossian albums. I read a re view that said the band plays folk music like chamber music. true! very cerebral! just listening to the track on the video makes me want to get it too. I'll check out saltwaterballads. :)

I don't do iTunes. I get my mp3s from Amazon as a rule. I'm surprised that Amazon doesn't have it if iTunes does. I'm having registry and other computer problems. I deleted my wifi connection and then got it back. I think it helped. Your whole video played thru while I was typing this. :)

hi Julie, Amazon added all the Ossian albums to their downloads--some were $6 or $7. 'o) such well crafted and lovingly performed music! I've got all 7 now and am listening to The Carrying Stream as I type this. they are a great addition to my Scottish music wing and to my music in general. any other fave Scottish bands?
