Hello Doctor I have something to discuss with you. I have been experiencing pain in my elbow tip. I have taken the Xray and the report says exactly this. "Small Sydesmophyte noted abutting head of ulna at the attachment site of tendon Subtle Tendon ossification / Calcific tendinosis changes noted Impression: Mild degenerative Sydesmophyte / osteophyte changes." I'd like to know is there a cure for this? As my profession is into fitness and personality- this is extremely important. Also I'd like to know the what's the best treatment for this. Would be grateful if you could shed some light on this.
