They were all legit except the last one, please don’t ever dive towards a leg while someone is kicking; it may work for a little bit, but that one time when you get your face punted off you will either no longer be a competitor or switch to being a kata guy real quick.

Bro the last one had me dead. If I could dive under a kick in the 16-17 year old division I would be the fastest man on earth.

Quite like the backfist sidekick, but have to agree with you there. Had the same feeling as getting close to a cliff edge, just why risk it

I do kickboxing. Have been for 8 months. And i still am not sure on my stance. Im more dominant with my right but i seem to always use my left in front. Would you recommend my doninent leg to be in front or behind. Thanks

It's totally fine to use an Orthodox for a right hand dominant guy. It's your natural stance but if you're confident enough with your head movement and footwork you can try switching your stance to Southpaw too. It's working for me in boxing and I'm also naturally an Orthodox fighter

@@bearInMind. well, it’s not different from playing tag. They’re just pretending they’re fighting. Try swimming in sand instead of water, it’s just the same.

With that line of thinking, all martial arts are pretending to do something else. Where do you draw the line? At the coliseum?
