96 XP, best machine I’ve ever had. Just bought a 22 RXP and RXT, but sure wish I could buy a new 96 XP Again, and at the $6199, I paid for it!

I've only owned a 96 XP, but ridden dozens of other PWCs. None of them compare to the amount of fun I had on my XP. Full throttle turns, while leaning to outside to keep the hull flat, felling like you were going to rip the handle bars off. And lets not forgot about the jumping.

I think our first Sea doo was 1988 or 89. I still have a1999 GTX Limited and RX both are big 2 cycle twins that ran good. They have not been out of the garage in 3 years. Your video reminded me how much fun they can be.

When a meandering river cuts itself off at two bends like that the disconnected loop that is created is called an oxbow lake.

I was fortunate to pick up a '97 1100 triple w only 48 hrs on it in mint condition. Went through it changed all the fluids started right up like it was brand new. Topped out at 64mph.

I'd also check out the carburetor jets for any cloggage inside of them. That's cause those same types of issues running poorly to. Fast.& really quick tip to you all. As some would say across the pond. I say over there in Canada myself.

i love this video. and the river your on. i had almost al Those jetskis some time in life. and now iam going already 10 years with a rxp 215 would love to come to that river. but iam from the netherlands.. haha o and just lower the trottle when u see something in the water and the pump wil be okay. Those two strokes so many riskes to break thats make it xtra fun when it goes.

It can take 3 hours to float down the shell river from the highway to the bridge before it dumps into the NSR. Nice spot for a paddle

Great video! That thing seems to zip pretty well! I'm about to fix my 93 spx hopefully for the last time and I'll be enjoying the lake soon. I think it's a cool looking ski. This is my first, still learning how to work on them but I'm pretty much a die hard ski Doo owner. Mine has an intake and carb from a SP so single carb but it should still do 40.

Try some cataclean in your fuel in one tank fuel. On 1/4 tank of fuel then refill it up.

One question y'all running ethanol free fuel in those jet skis. If not Theres your problems with it running hotter. The ethanol fuel makes internal engine parts hotter.
