Preservation (and the majority of other events like What Lies Beneath) always has the defensive bot AI, so it'll only block/reserve until it knows it has enough to kill you (if you have 4+ turns stacked up, it'll only factor up to 4 blocks, that's why the 5+ block strategy works so well). There's no point in putting in any blocks against this basic AI unless you have extras after putting in 4 reserves for that turn, except when you know that next turn they'll have enough to attack. Alternatively, just putting in 1 block and exiting/re-entering for the glitch tricks them, since they'll think you have 0 goes instead of whatever number of reserve/blocks you had. 5 is also an attacking number, assuming you have 4+ goes and he can kill you in 1 hit, not just 6~8.

Beaver, didn't you notice how the Priotrodon's attack changed from 8 to 5 when you cancelled? THe glitch is that it only puts in enough attacks to kill you without factoring in for blocks. If you had put in just one block and THEN did the glitch, you would have been in the clear. That's how I beat the damn event and its cheapness.

I told you how to do it lol. So what you do is put some in block when you know you're going to loose. And when you exit out of the app and go back in and click continue then it forgets you blocked and only goes for like 3 hits instead of 8 or whatever you do. You can keep doing the glitch over and over.

You CAN WIN the preservation event really really easily. 1)Do a normal event 2)fight the creatures normally. you can do the meat shield tactic as well.3)get to the last creature,and make sure to be at a point where you can kill it(like, they have low HP or low turns and you have enough to kill it) 4) PERFORM THE GLITCH AT THAT POINT!!! And when you open up the preservation event,you will be fighting that last one creature you didn't kill and it has low healt!!choose the dinosaur that has the advantage to make sure you win.

+TheGamingBeaver one more glitch - when he attacks and he kills you for example, you should exit game and when you come back it is possible that he will attack with less - different points, for example I had 2 blocks and he killed me with 4 and had 3 more, I´ve exited the game and then he used 2 attacks and 5 blocks, like a noob :D just try it, but the best is to have at least 1-2 blocks.
