Open terminal and type, 1) cd /opt/lampp/ 2) sudo ./manager-linux-x64.run It'll open the application... Go to manage servers in xampp app and click start all ... Go to favorite browser and type localhost/ it will open localhost/dashboard/ of apache friends. Then click on phpmyadmin which in last at navbar, then you will be redirected to phpmyadmin page. To open Mysql, open terminal and type, 1) sudo /opt/lampp/bin/mysql Do it after start the server, otherwise ERROR 2002 (HY000) will occur.
