"Snapshotting" is a great way to really enhance all of your exising Osteopathic Techniques, in this video we explore this visualisation method that is such a great way to help your patients
The great thing about this technique is that it will work within all of your existing Osteopathic Technique so its not that you have to do it instead of another technique you just include it within what you are already doing, and it doesnt matter what type of technique that is.
So whether you are more inclined towards Cranial Osteopathy or you prefer a more Structural Osteopathic route this can underpin what you do and improve your ability to help your patients
