Hydra is a relatively small island, and it seemed to me that two days would be enough to fully explore and enjoy it. I came for just one day, without staying overnight. Generally, I can say that I had just a little bit of time and I lacked more time to spend on the beach and swim in the clear water. Please note that cars and motorcycles are not allowed on the island. The only types of transport possible there are donkeys, horses, and bicycles, so the whole island is permeated with the atmosphere of these animals. An exception is made for the garbage truck, which is the only vehicle that roams the island's roads.
