ACrawford69 he saw the opportunity to get some fame since fast-improving players have always been a controversial topic in the osu! Community. The burst of plays at the start makes no sense because he pretty much got 100pp+ plays instantly and my theory is that he did this intentionally, he grinded some lower pp plays while already have played offline for a few years before this so he had the skill for most likely around 500-600pp. Then he most likely got bored of getting low-pp plays to simulate a new player (which also proves why he had no plays at all showing during that phase after the 200pp plays and before te 300pp plays. After around 1 year of the low-pp plays he decided to step it up with 300, then 400, then 500 etc and now he’s here. Either he’s on his cap rn or he had more to show. It’s theoretically impossible to just start playing and instantly get 100pp and 1 year later get 700pp out of nowhere. It’s also extremely suspicious with no scores in-between the early low-pp ones and the late high-pp ones. He’s still of course an amazing player but I really dont buy into this whole trick. Whitecat player for 6 years to reach this point and he improved really fast. His improvements are more that just inhuman aswell as his suspicious backstory. I´d definitely say that he is one of the fastest improving people right now however not all time. For instance, Did you know that Rafis reached rank 100 after a year of playing osu? However, back then it was much different, You needed 5000pp to reach 100 vs like the 15000pp you need now.

You may be confused on why I'm messaging you like three months later but thats because i found somebody by the name of Shime who has been playing for Neary 27d (Play time ofc) and is rank 292 at the time of making this comment. osu.ppy.sh/users/11558207 This is stupidly fast improvement, Faster than saint in fact. And if you take look at his global rank history, 88 days ago he was top 200. As i can't be asked to do the maths, Im just gonna estimate that around 350-400 hours of playtime, He reached top 200 (probably lower play time). The reason why he fell is because that he slowing down, perhaps taking a break, And also after the pp rebalance you can see a major dip in his rank.He's still playing, Just less. This may be the reason to why his play time hasn't been increasing a whole lot as he hasn't been playing much. Also one thing I need to state is that I dont know if he has been playing offline a bit, After all his account was created in January of 2018, 3 years ago now. But it could be wrong as he had nearly 2000 plays in January and it went up as the year went on. Also if we are counting who the fastest improving player is by the time that the account was created not by play time then saint would be faster for sure.
