i remember buying this cassette back in '89 and at the time he had released the video to his first single which was on the A side. Once, i flipped the cassette over and listened to the B side i never heard the A side again. This song capped off one of the best B sides ever. indeed it's dark but how beautiful... one of the best pieces of production in the 80s

It's such a shame, at the time MH on doing MQ he was bashed by the other band members of INXS, for doing a solo album, with record label Atlantic. He was kind of isolated from INXS - You remember WHAM> - when George Micheal went solo, he became an icon.When Hutchence did so with MAX Q, became vilified and went back to INXS . "Way of the World" is an understated masterpiece - lyrically
