By comparison you could fit the entirety of Philadelphia into the city of Jacksonville 6 times… people call it a small city because it relatively is, the black population there is centuries old and established so alot folks are kin, and the majority of the housing is duplex and row homes so the people literally live on top of each other. So yeah in that way, the city is small.
