Nice presentation! Hopefully findings about the microbiome will lead to a cure of this awful disease in the future! I suffer from AS + Crohn's disease and I am pretty sure that in my case the micromiome plays an important role. All startet some weeks later after three antibiotic therapies due to an infection of my throat.
