The genius of the Filipino cook! Using cream cheese instead of ricotta or cottage cheese which most people would use. The dish is also very meaty which i like. One change I would make is beef powder over chicken. Everything else is perfect! Thank you sister.

Philadelphia cream cheese is the most versatile cheese when it comes to cooking. I use it in many dishes including lasagna. I don't use chicken powder or sugar but may give it a try. I do use ricotta, mozzarella, cheddar, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese along with the cream cheese. I mix all of the cheeses in a bowl and bind with 2 eggs and add basil. I also mix ground beef, ground pork, minced dry salami and minced pepperoni cooked in olive oil, onion and fresh garlic with a teaspoon of oregano.
