This is my favorite dish. Each spoonful's a little different from the last so no two bite is every really the same, and I love that about it. It's always a treat when my mom makes it at home or if anyone makes it for a party. There's rarely any leftovers for very long.

But that’s the Tagalog way but In Ilocanos they don’t sauté they just mix it up all together then boiled until all the proteins and veggies are well cooked

thats look good Mama Lulu, I miss that kind of dish. my house maid in Middle East used to make it for me, she put fried fish on top of that after cook.
