luv this epi. l like how they finish eachother thoughts about alan(ie liv sitting couch with emma and nat came downstairs "alan is unique") i like oliv standing in the background watching/admiring nat knowing that she went through the same thing. laughing, smiling when nat was telling him off and alan was like youre about to be on my chit list. lmao right along with olivia. then oiiv was like "im sorry" she always says that when nat is hurting. but this time nat was happy and made oliv proud.

Emma, the smartest girl. Alan, the condescending douche. Otalia funny and sexy as usual. I love when Natalia gets all worked up. Seeing Olivia smile while Natalia gives it to Alan is the best. Watching this clip again. I realized that Alan says the word family a lot. Rewatched this with my friends, we drank each time anyone said family. Family was said 15 times, and10 came from Alan. Gotta love drinking games.

Keep in mind that Gus was the result of an affair that Alan had with a young lady who worked as a Maid in the Spaulding Mansion. Alan didn't know that Gus was his son until he was all grown up. Also, with Phillip, he was the son of the Late Justin Marler (Ross's) Brother and Jackie Marler. He was put up for adoption and Justin didn't know Phillip was his until he was about 10 Years old. Also, if you go to "Phillip Learns The Truth", you'll see how the truth affected him i future years.
