I’ll admit I was a little doubtful at first…I was like, “Man I dunno, that’s putting some pressure on Chris to keep delivering…” but then the delivery arrived by airmail straight to my screen! Eagle uses the disc golf strong app, it's a whole bunch of stretches/exercises specially for disc golf
