Hello. I have a question. How I can get full permissions, if I don’t know password for user with status expert? Because right now I have user status only specialist, and I cannot change welding settings. Our company was buy otc robots from intermediary. And this company not want give for password. Mby we have another way for getting this one permissions? Sorry for my terrible English

Press on R then number 314, the password 12345 then hou have it ;), Im alzo a programmeur in Holland Netherlands, good luck But for really all the permissions, i think thats is secret, bit maybe i van ask somebody :)

Put robot in referent position and and press R and write 314. Put in password 12345 and press any key. Next, do the following: 1.Constant setting - 2. Machine constant - 3. Encoder correction - 4. Encoder reset - 5. Select all - 6. Execute - 7. Complete - 8. Turn off controller 9. Turn on controller.

You have to define units, let's say with the robot and a trunnion or a turn table. You can then control your mechanism (fixture you want to work with) using the teach pendant.

Come on ! It is NOT a robot ! It can not perform the task or complete the job by itself at all. Daihen is just a programmable automation arm. It takes way much more effort to complete the job than a human welder.
