I'd like to say that I am not a follower. I already have my own beliefs and opinions. I just happen to like Otep because she has the same beliefs and opinions. I certainly haven't found half truths or emotion over logic or blind hatred from Otep. I have found blatant truth, total logic and absolute love. And I'm being a person about this.

He's kind of right. As much as I agree with a lot of your stances and opinions, and as much as I love your music, I think there are a lot of misconceptions. The whole thing about the Hawthorne Dog Shooting slightly enraged me. The police officer was being attacked by a dog from an owner who was antagonizing the police. I think anybody who was in that situation would have done the same thing.

I have relatives who spent many years in law enforcement. My opinion is based on their input as well as my own common sense. A dog died for doing what a dog does - protecting his owner. The cop didn't have to shoot the dog, he could've used non-lethal weapons. But if you're so sensitive that something like this can cause your ENTIRE opinion to change then I suppose you are having "balls about it" because testicles are quite sensitive little organs. I bid you adieu.

Dude its music, Art. this was my issue with your... alternate route so to say. lets say he tased the dog, or pepper spray (which doesnt work on some dogs mind you), or used his baton. you and peta and everyone else would be all over that, and would STILL say he did something wrong, there was no right answer for him, if he waited, it'd be "why'd he wait so long, incompetent" every choice was wrong, and it all could have been avoided if the owner was responsible of his animals. it's HIS fault

That's false. The dog barked. He didn't lunge. He barked. And the cop shot him. I find it odd that so many ppl who sing a long to Battle Ready, STCM, Confrontation, & Rise Rebel Resist simply & eagerly embrace an obvious incompetent police officer. I have relatives who spent their careers in law enforcement & they say the same. Non-lethal weapons wouldve sufficed or calling Animal Control. But hey, you're comfortable letting a cop kill a pet without consequence then that's your thing, NOT MINE.
