I remember my parents wanting their kids to "act like an adult". Maybe that's one of the reasons I act more childlike as an adult haha. In today's age, there's a much better understanding of the long term affects that sort of thing has on young growing minds. Why children's psychology took so long to understand is just plain ignorance of society. Disciplining children is one thing. Mind controlling them is another. Lucky for most of us we get to find out for ourselves eventually what takes place for some people isn't always the same for others. Building that perspective is all part of growing the mind.

Haha, you totally caught me off guard with that Sadhguru quote! I’ve been doing the Isha practices for a while now, and they’re wild. It’s so nice to see the spiritual 'old' and 'new' come together. Speaking of… I had an Akashic Records reading a couple of months ago and it completely blew my mind. Long story short, I’m training to be an Akashic Records reader now, and it rocks. You're right, we do ourselves a massive disservice if we let the judgment of others cloud our authenticity. I really didn’t expect to end up as a Sadhguru/Starseed guy, but here we are. It’s funny how these things find us when we’re ready for them. 👽 P.S. If anyone’s interested in an Akashic Records reading shoot me a message! I'm offering complementary readings as part of my training (3 questions, 20 minutes).

@@VibrationTranslation Shambhavi is the best place to start, and I also really love Surya Kriya, which is a hatha yoga practice; whenever I need a boost, practicing either Surya Kriya or Shambhavi completely revitalizes my energy and makes me feel amazing.🤩 I've been doing those two consistently for about a year, and I've enjoyed them so much I'm learning Shoonya in December. Let me know if you have any questions, happy to help! 🕺

KZbin won't let me post the link but you can learn Shambhavi online as part of 'Inner Engineering'. It takes a bit of time and patience to get through the programs, but they're full of cool stuff and it's so worth it to learn the practices.🙏❤
