You should come do the incline in Colorado Springs. 1 mile of stairs with awesome views but it does have a 2,000 ft elevation gain over the mile which is what kills you. It more of elevation gain than the Empire State Building

I did some stairs yesterday. 500 steps. First time doing them since may 2015. Felt so good. Back to do 1000 aim tomorrow. I use to do 1500 daily before going to Hawaii in may 2015 and climbing Koko head in Oahu.

Kerry park, pike place market, discovery park, Madison park, go into the Seattle library (it's free and pretty cool architecture), walk around the university of Washington, Burke Gilman trail, gasworks park, shopping in Bellevue square, west lake center (downtown), and U Village. Bars are in Fremont, Ballard or Capitol Hill. Food- Dick's drive in (like in n out, but Washington version), Molly moons ice cream, cupcake Royale, cactus, joeys, portage bay cafe, pagliaccis pizza. Go up the space needle or the Columbia tower.. That should do it!
