I don't really know how to describe my feels about this season. I've been rooting for Otis and Maeve since the beginning and it's clear to me that they both have had feelings for each other since then. With all the curve balls the writers keep throwing at them, I was happy because we like slowburn, right?! But somehow, in season 3, it felt like they tried to push them apart so hard. A lot of the things they did were so out of character. Like, how could Maeve be so cold to Otis coming back to school (even not having heard the voice message) and how Otis never even tried to clear up his feelings with her before he started with Ruby? It just felt like they tried so hard to push them apart and make them cold with each other, when they have been crazy about each other for SO LONG! I was so pissed. We eventually get to the confessing scene and it's EVERYTHING and more (obviously, because they have crazy chemistry) and I thought this was IT. But then they make Maeve doubtful over Isaac?! That's so out of character for her, since he lied to her! She even says she has a hard time trusting people, he breaks her trust and she's like nothing happened? Again, I was pissed. Finally, we see them getting back together with a more heartfelt confession "It's always been you" and my heart just melted. c'mon!! that scene is all I'm talking about! In the end, I was already expecting Maeve to go abroad so that was not surprising, but the way they did it, so fast, so abrupt, they didn't even have time to be a couple! Again, it felt rushed, it made me so mad and sad at the same time. I don't know what happens in the future for them, but I will just cherish the two confession scenes we've had and all the beautiful story behind this love. ❤️

MY. FREAKING. FEEEEEELS!!!! THEM AND THIS SONG?! This is INSANE!!! Ahhhh, first of all I absolutely agree with you about everything you said about this season. A lot of things were out of character (Maeve knew about the voicemail and that he told her he still had feelings for her and didn’t do ANYTHING?), and I also excepted that trip in America, but I hoped to see them as a couple, at least for 40 minutes and not for 4 minutes. Anyway we both love slow burn and we will defend them!! This edit is FLAWLESS!! It’s so sweet and emotional, you showed their best moments so well!! I almost cried! Thank you for this😭💖💖

I KNOW! I'm so glad you agree bestie, we're on the same page, once again ❤️ I totally agree with that one as well, how could she have ignored it? Doesn't make sense at all!! And absolutely! not even 4 minutes of couple, since 3 of those minutes was her saying she needed to think or saying goodbye. I feel that they were stolen from us! Wow, this has to be the best video of them so far! You reminded me of all the reasons to still ship them. I agree with every word in your db. S3 made me feel confused with my shipping, especially with these two. We do love slow burn, but for the first time I felt like it was overdone. I'll be writing for s4 for many reasons.

This Is such a beautiful video! Congrats!! And I SO agree with you about everything you said. I feel like the writers made everyone act out of character this season, I ended up disliking all the characters I usually love in this show! And what they did to these two was ridicoulous

Marta!!!the truth is that I didn't feel so strongly towards them as a couple as I did other seasons maybe the reason has to do with what you explained in the description that some of the decisions that they made this season didn't make sense...were a little ooc but nevermind only a few seconds into this video I'M ALREADY SOLD, the song you picked (a good oldie) and the quote that you used to start, that's the magic of videos that at least for me they make you feel a lot of new things, like you are watching something different, so this is the super power you have in your hands!!!love the softness with how is this edited, SUPER BEAUTIFUL

I also agree with you, something was off this season, the vibe was there but many characters and stories felt rushed and not well thought of. I also agree that this is Otis and Maeve's dynamic, them ultimately coming back to each other, it's totally their thing. I feel very sad that people saw something shinning elsewhere and went running for it, they seem to have forgotten all the magic Motis has shown us but at least people like you and me are still here, right?! @@themartac Yeah, that's probably right. There even was the biggest plothole I ever saw on Sex Education so far. Headmistress Hope. What happened? Why did she leave all of a sudden? Sure could be because of what happened the episode before, but still. It felt too rushed. And what about the recording Viv had of her?! I thought they would publicly use it against her. That would've been typically SE. But instead the writers just forgot about it? Something went wrong there. Yeah.. I mean it's great for people to ship Ruby and Otis, I liked them too whilst they lasted and kudos to the writers to make people fall in love with another ship so quickly, but yeah.. it is a bit sad. Maeve & Otis videos also get way less views than Ruby & Otis at the moment :( But I will still upload mine soon (it's for someone's birthday).
