Strange about all elevators over there for me is it have beep signs every level it's passing. I never heard that over here. Over here there are only signals arriving at a level and sometimes for leaving a level but never a sound signal for every level where the elevators isn't about to stop. Although nice video's!

Uh, no, tractions can hold more, and IF the ropes snap (the chances are VERY slim) there are brakes to stop the elevator. AND tractions were invented before hydraulics.

Traction's cables might be steel, but they still have the potential to break. You don't even back up your 'facts'. Just like you to think a SOLID STEEL RAM has a grater chance of breaking then CABLES! Seriously!
