Otis Series 5 Hydraulic Elevators at Beardsley Plaza.

Riding the nice elevators at Beardsley Plaza in Austin, Texas, and even though these deliver a nice smooth ride, it's too bad these don't have the Series-6 fixtures, since Series-6 is rare. But one nice thing about these elevators are the EPIC motors that have a unique whooshing sound when going up.
