Interesting drum set up for Willie. Tom-tom to the left of the snare and hi-hat in front. Don't think I've seen a blues drummer set up like that. Great trio and Otis sounding like the king that he was.

Interesting to see Random Knowling on bass. I have always associated him with the pre-war Bluebird label sound, so it's nice to see him touring in 1964 - and showing off his jazz technique. He brings out the jazz in Spann here, too.
