Wouldn't you have more trouble with the social studies stuff? lol. I have 2 masters in fine art and teaching, but completely forgot about stoma lol. Everything else is somewhat covered in my disciplines though (Teachers in Australia require basic English and Maths skills for accreditation). Actually, I almost mixed up precipitation with condensation, so I guess I'd be in bad shape by 7th grade.

@@damiester1 Umm not really, I mean if they were university level social studies question then yes, I know what you mean like not all STEM majors have very good knowledge of the arts, but I am actually a huge nerd of history, geography and literature. I did pretty well in high school with those courses, plus I studied in both Canada and Europe, so I think that helped a little too haha....and I also forgot about stoma lol, if they had asked more questions about plants or even human biology I would have been out, I barely remembered what was the acronym for DNA. Fuslie had all the biology questions in the bag, plus she has very good general knowledge! Cheers

@@krisheidelberg7426 im a chemistry major and did well in my stem courses, but history is my absolute worst nightmare.. if I were on this show i'd fail after the first 3 history questions but I did all the math and science questions no problem. goes to show I'm not a very well rounded student and not many students are like you in that aspect. i just had a hard time paying attention to classes that I had no interest in lol

They avoid accusing someone of cheating because they cant prove it and the cheater never admits it, so they move on. The way I did the last one was to get an average of 90 was you erase the 87 and 93 because they average 90 between them and you’re left with 91, 88 and x to average 90. 88 and 91 averages out to 89.5 so the last one has to be 91 to add that last .5 to make the average 90. 88 is -2 toward the 90 average and 91 is one over so that brings the total to -1 so 91 brings the average to 90.

No the math is really easy. It's probably one of the only useful things taught in school. You'll divide the sales tax amount with the tax percentage, that'll get you 1/100 instead of 6/100. You'll only have to multiply that outputted number with 100. Her math checks out, and I think her idea of writing it out on a physical sheet of paper is great.
