..and? The main founding purpose of companies is to make profits. Defense companies are no exception to this. Do you want a sample? I'll give you one. Have you heard Thomson-CSF or Thales with new name? This French company craft automobile wirings for Peugeot, Citroen etc. and A/C compressors. Otherhand they proudly produce radar units for Mirage aircrafts, Surface to Air defense equipment and Electric kettles for the kitchens. What about Mitsubishi? They build cars, planes, war ships and hair remover for womens. Making money is a serious business, and if you have engineering power, it is always useful to turn it into cash. P.S / FYI : Otokar's buses are good, I have ridden them for years while commuting to work. He never let us down even once.

It was first presented to the public at Eurosatory 2010.The vehicle in the game is from 2013 (the game was released in 2013).
