This title music is awesome. I just love the ZX Spectrum 128K chip music. This is the first time I have heard this tune and it is fantastic and at 10 minutes long, really impressive for its time. Keep up the great intro vids. :-)

@Otouto72 the c64 version of tetris that has a tune that runs 26 minutes and Echochrome II on the ps3 has a tune that lasts a whopping 75 minutes!!!

@VGMhalloffame I was thinking this was Mark Cooksey's work too as he done Forgotten Worlds also by US Gold and Arc Developments and some parts of this remind me of Overlander which was also Mark Cooksey's.

I know a longer composition, but not from a game. This is "Wicked Polygons 2" from a demo DigiSid, it lasts more than 14 minutes, you can listen to it in ChipmuSick jukebox.

@Otouto72 yeah it's driving me crazy as I know I've heard that beginning beat somewhere before, I've been checking through my Mark Cooksey music files as this sounds like one of his.

@sunteam Yes they certainly did and Mark Cooksey done a great job taking virtually all the music of the game and putting it into one song.

@VGMhalloffame Haha it all came back to you lol. Yes I can confirm it is Mark Cooksey's tune, I'll add it to the description and give you credit for it. Oh and the other bloke that done the C64 version was Dr. K and this is the only game he's credited for, I know a lot of composers but Dr. K totally did not ring a bell at all.

@DLiberator78 Yeah it's the best mate....biased opinion on my part but I'm sticking with it lol. I had been meaning to upload this for a long time but I never found the proper loop and could never have been arsed to fully search for it but one day I did and this is the end result, my jaw smacked the floor really hard with the discovery of this being of 10 minutes long! Very impressive for just the title tune! Thanks mate I appreciate it.

@WaffleKogen Yep but the main problem is that it lacks all sense of speed whatsoever, they totally messed up with OutRun. They also screwed up on E-SWAT and Final Fight, and just about every Capcom port for that matter. They may have done alright in 16-bit, but on 8-bit, they were usually labelled with crap.

@Otouto72 thanks for this video man, great old school music to a game that on the Sega Megadrive had possibly one of the worst cover arts. Something about the Spectrum and music for its games, never failed to entertain me when I was younger.

It's a series of 4 songs placed in one soundfile, the third one sounds very familiar, you used that for Dick Tracy didn't you?

@WaffleKogen Yeah not everyone dislikes them, they did make some great games but most of the Spectrum US Gold games I grew up with were awful, Out Run in particular.
