She's so sick of everything. Her body translate her emotions because she lies to much. Like when she had back pain in season 2

She was actually throwing up because of not only the stress of the show, but in the beginning of this same episode i believe, her husband told her he wants a divorce, and she is afraid of losing her daughter and her daughter hating her. And this scene was triggered by not only Bradley barging in on her while she is in a panic, but right before this scene she has a dog interview she and Bradley did when this guy couldn’t stop talking about dogs and family, and breaking apart of family referring to the dogs.

Well Reese witherspoon(Bradley) is a blonde naturally, and during filming, so she is wearing a wig, so it makes sense why they would let her take it off.
