As stale as both of their on screen characters got in the last 5 years, I've always found it hard to seriously criticize Big Show or Kane, both consummate professionals who just got on with the job. You never hear stories of either of them kicking up a fuss about their characters despite both having reasons too at various points in their careers, you never hear other wrestlers complain about working with them in or out the ring. In every interview you see with either of them they both come across as genuine, gentle human beings with no trace of an ego. You can see the temptation with WWE to overexpose them because they're precisely the kind of people they like, or any industry would like for that matter.

The business has ultimately benefited such a great deal because of selfless individuals like Chris Jericho and the Big Show simply because of their willingness to be a team player and put over younger talent and make them look strong.
