Idk if this tenpai knew this, but if you want to play around sauravis, it can only negate the summon, if the summon occurs as chain 1. So if you use tenpai effect to synchro and then chain the other material’s effect to synchro, the sauravis misses the window to negate the summon

Hi Leo.D, Can I ask why I see some decklists Tenpai Dragon only use Promethan and Hiita for Link package without Raging Phoenix ?

They do raging package before for OTK purpose under dimensional Barrier But some player feel not really need it then cut raging package for other else. And hiita + promethean help you to summon your own tenpai from grave also help you to summon opp tenpai in mirror match.
