Using a 24-hr loop recorder, what would be the occurrence rate of arrhythmia in the general population? I think that needs to be a part the the discussion. There may be an acceptable threshold in the general population if reoccurring is defined as episodes lasting longer than 30 secs. The criteria may be too strict that defines success BW failure.
