THE way He uses his little hands looks almost human. He's so dexterous it's unreal. His front paws are like the hands of a primate almost. He's so cool this otter. He's cool like this because his owners interact with him constantly and you can see that. He's just very smart very cute pet otter. Bingo Bingo!!!
