Here's a question for her.. do you feel that you end up favouring or working out one arm more than the other, or do the maps/game prevent that from happening?

I'm personally much better (better stamine & control) in my right arm / wrist than left, and I notice that I train my right arm/wrist a lot faster than my left if I don't pay attention to it. Most maps don't quite allow it but I can recover with my right.
