There is no material more comfortable than ebonite for grip sections. There is no material that is more uncomfortable than metal for the same grip sections, no matter the price point. I wish manufacturers could understand this. 👍😁

I have some pens with ebonite sections, and they're fine, but I don't really think they feel superior to other materials. What is it that you like about them?

@@inkdependence Rubber is a thermal insulator, and holding ebonite in the hand gives a warm feeling because the heat of the hand is effectively reflected instead of being absorbed. Metal sections generally are made of metals like aluminum, or brass, which conduct heat from the fingers and into the metal section, making the section feel cold. I suffer from sweaty hands on occasion, which makes a metal grip section feel even more slippery than usual. With an ebonite section, my sweaty fingers never lose grip. Just my 2 cents. 😁👍
