Whole people of central Himalayas ( the original inhibitants ) are khas aryan that include whole of uttarakhand too. People shouldn't feel ashamed of their khas heritage. Religion and race are two different things. Garhwali and Kumaoni have forgotten their khas roots because of rajputazisation and some brahmins of plains who started varna system in hills. Don't get insecure. People in jaunsar bawar and rawai block or bangan in Uttarkashi still know about their khas roots
