Brent will be the Jason Garret of the Oklahoma program. 😂 The administration loves him, he embraces the DEI nonsense etc and kisses the admins asses. Just like Jason kissed Jerry's ass. This won't end well, Oklahoma is about to become a big time football school based on name and history only. It'll be a bigger version of Ole Miss etc and have 7-5/ 8-4 seasons every year. And if they do make a playoff they'll lose first round every time. John Blake was a better coach then Brent.

Look at the circumstance in it’s entirety. You putting sole blame on Brent when we had to fire our OC, never had a healthy O-line (that we all knew going into the year was going to be an issue even without the injuries, so let’s not pretend otherwise) and basically our entire WR corp were injured, most of them for the vast majority of the season if not all of it. Does Brent hold blame? Of course he does, but at least try to look at everything from an unbiased, and unemotional perspective.

Yeah you can use injuries as an excuse in September maybe, but the OL and receivers have been starting and practicing together for 3 months now with minimal if any improvement. Very, very alarming.

I have lost all hope for this program. BV is not a CEO head coach, offensive coaching staff is a joke, lack of player recruiting/development and busts in NIL. What the hell is the problem with the medical/ training staff? These questions need to be asked daily to all coaches and to Joe C!

Jackson Arnold played the first half of the season like a guy who knew the back up had been out performing him in practice. I also think that good on good when you have a championship caliber defense and a nursing home caliber offense is probably a bad thing.

This was a season of exposure: we got to see how emotional some of our fans are and their crazy hire/fire practices and we got to see BV's pollyanna views catch up to him. I'm a BV guy but we gotta do better. Dabo Sweeney is behind the NIL curve and so is BV. He's gotta unlearn that folksy bullshit that as much as i dont want to see college ball turn into what its going to be, we gotta get up speed. Texas played has had the easiest schedule of all time in the SEC, they played 2 ranked teams and won 1 of those games. We played 7 ranked teams not even counting LSU that was ranked half of the season. We have a higher ranked win the Texas. And this is the worst offense we ever put on the field.
